Setup

  • Use an underhand grip

  • Position the cable just above eye level

  • Allow your shoulders to be pulled/stretched by the cable at the starting position


Movement

  • Pull towards your forehead and then past your ears while maintaining an upright position

    (Puff up your chest while pulling to ensure an upright position)

  • Release the cable slowly with a 3-4 second tempo

    (Again letting the cable pull your shoulders forward)
