I designed this program to incorporate a general framework of a well-rounded fitness routine into your lifestyle. Your workout split is balanced while still remaining comprehensive, incorporating intermediate to advanced movements that provide a high level of competence in the gym. The selected movements and set structures focus on developing stabilizing control and building intermediate-level strength.

Current macros are more introductory, aimed at helping you learn how to track and understand dieting. Your macros are set as a baseline with no strict or aggressive pivot yet, but they still align with the overall goal of gaining muscle.
