Your weight training sessions is when you’ll learn how to build lean muscle and develop a stronger, more defined physique. Your workouts will focus on compound movements — exercises that train multiple muscle groups at once — paired with targeted accessory work to bring balance and detail to your physique.

At this stage of your program, the focus is on mastering foundational movements. Learning proper form now will set you up for long-term progress and ensure you train both effectively and safely. Once you’re confident with these basics, your personalized training split will be added here. This will allow you to track your progression with each movement and give you a clear guide to follow whenever you train on your own.
