Standing Rear Delt Dumbbell Raises

Setup

  • Bend down and hinge at the hips by pushing your glutes back

    • Remember to keep your chest up to prevent rounding your back

  • Fully allow shoulders to protract with dumbbells hanging over your feet

Movement

  • Raise dumbbells with your pinkies aimed towards the ceiling. Focus on raising with your elbows. Slowly bring weight back down to a full stretch.
