what

Fat loss occurs when your body loses overall mass due to eating itself for energy.

Your body will start to eat itself for energy when energy levels from food is depleted- (caloric deficit).

To be specific, the body will eat both Fat Tissue and Muscle Tissue for energy- there is no way to

only lose fat*

how to

lose weight?

Be In a Caloric Deficit

Eat less calories than you burn. Your body will only start to break down Fat Tissue and Muscle Tissue once your energy levels from food are depleted.

Exercise

Exercising in general makes you burn more calories (More Calories Burned = More Fat Tissue/Muscle Tissue Burned)

Weight Training in specific minimizes muscle loss through stimulating your muscles.

Discipline

The Most Challenging Part. Motivation doesn’t last, you need to change your overall mindset and lifestyle. Don’t eat those free donuts. Go to gym even when you’re tired.

Essentially, weight loss happens when your body eats itself for energy.

This happens when you don’t eat enough food for your body to function- (Caloric Deficit)

Weight loss does not mean fat loss. During a caloric deficit, you will lose both Fat Tissue and Muscle Mass. There is no way to only lose fat.
