What is Weight Loss?

Essentially, weight loss happens when your body eats itself for energy.

This happens when you don’t eat enough food for your body to function- (Caloric Deficit)

Weight loss does not mean fat loss. During a caloric deficit, you will lose both Fat Tissue and Muscle Mass. There is no way to only lose fat.

The concept is simple. The hard part is being disciplined.
